Testimonial of Dr. William Cherry D.D.S.
I highly recommend this service and am VERY impressed with the results.
I am a licensed dentist, in practice for over 40 years. Being an avid animal lover, Canine Care and I were a perfect match. My first day, I was met with enthusiastic pet owners that were overwhelmingly grateful for having their pets’ teeth cleaned without anesthesia at an affordable price. You have no idea how that made me feel, making people AND pets happy. Canine Care has given me the opportunity to enrich my life and use my knowledge to help pets and people. I made $880.00 my first day and worked about 4 hours.
Pets accept this procedure remarkably well. We have a success rate of about 99% of all pets accepting this procedure. Our “Pet Dental Hygienists” are well trained, educated and clean the pets’ teeth perfectly. Pets with dental problems are referred to a veterinarian for a deep cleaning.
It is my hope and vision for all veterinarian hospitals to offer this service. The veterinarians I work for were skeptical at first but became believers after they witnessed this procedure. Most veterinarians recommend teeth cleaning every 6 months. This would equal over 20 anesthesia procedures during a pets’ lifetime. Pet owners will have much greater compliance with a no-anesthesia alternative, resulting in healthier pets. This service is the logical way to clean pets’ teeth.
Most pets are easier than small children to work on. Have an open mind and give it a try. Our furry friends will be happier and healthier for it.
Anyone that wants a unique and special opportunity, working with pets, should contact Canine Care.

Testimonial of Laurie Smith RDH
My name is Laurie Smith and I am a pet dental hygienist for Canine Care, Inc. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Dental Hygiene (RDH) from the University of Michigan in 2006. After working at a dental office for a couple of years, I knew I wanted something more. After doing research online I came across Canine Care and I knew this was the perfect job for me. In reality, it doesn’t feel like a job at all! While I’m still cleaning teeth, I get the joy of working with dogs and cats. Compassion for animals is one of the most important qualities a hygienist can foster. Pets respond well to our confident and caring demeanor. We are able clean their teeth effectively without the use of anesthesia. Cleaning your pet’s teeth is important because it prevents many health issues including dental, heart, liver and kidney disease. The added benefit of anesthesia free teeth cleaning is that you are able to avoid the stress on your pets system caused by the use of anesthesia; the consequences can sometimes be serious. I find my job fulfilling because I can help keep pets happy and healthy. In addition, it’s dynamic and I’m able to meet all different pets and their owners and I find the interaction to be very rewarding. I am happy I found such an incredible place to work and one that allows me to do what I love.
